This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was unbeatable - right in the heart of the action. I was able to easily explore all the main attractions of downtown Siem Reap without any hassle. Secondly, the value for money was incredible. I couldn't believe the affordable prices for such a great hotel. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Lastly, the rooms were fantastic - spacious, clean, and with balconies to enjoy the view. Plus, the hot water in the shower was a fantastic treat after a long day of exploring.
Not a single thing to complain about, everything was perfect!

We had a great 2 days 2 nights experience at a lovely hotel just outside the buzz. The staff was hospitable and friendly, making our stay memorable and pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a big room and large shower. The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk to the center, markets, and pub street. The added value of the hotel was the staff, especially the front desk manager who made us feel welcome and even took us to visit a Buda temple. I highly recommend this hotel for its great customer service, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city, it was so close to the main attractions of downtown and within walking distance to the Buda temple. The hotel facilities were great with a refreshing swimming pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, arranging transportation and providing a delicious breakfast with sweet mangoes. The cleanliness was impeccable and I felt comfortable during my entire stay.

We stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving and had a generally positive experience. the hotel was located in a convenient area, close to the local markets and nightlife. the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff were attentive to our needs. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
the noise level within the hotel was quite high, with thin walls that allowed us to hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

Our romantic escape was made perfect by the friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay. The clean and cozy room with hot water and aircon made us feel at home. the hotel's easily accessible location allowed us to explore all the nearby attractions conveniently.
The bathroom drainage could be improved as we had to wait for a while for all the water to drain out. the placement of the light switches was not well thought out, making it difficult to turn them on/off easily.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We were a family of five and the room was perfect for us, with three king-size beds that were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's attention to detail was evident, from the great shower with plenty of hot water to the delicious breakfast included in the price. The location couldn't have been better, as it was so close to the main attractions of downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.
All was okay.

This hotel is situated in a prime location, just a few blocks from downtown and within easy walking distance to the nightlife of the area. the hotel is also close to the night market and has a pool, providing a great way to cool off after a long day of sightseeing. As for the rooms, they are well-furnished and comfortable, with modern bathrooms, comfortable bedding, and excellent customer service. Breakfast is basic but enough to start your day off right.
The hotel lacks any exceptional amenities or views.
